Vaidya Tejaswini is an expert in women's health and lifestyle diseases management. She has been contributing to the field of Ayurveda as a physician, educator, and researcher since the last 17 years, based out of Pune (India). Her belief and understanding is that everyone has different eating habits, medical history, and fitness levels, so one diet cannot be suitable for all. A balanced diet for each person is planned based on their health, physical and psychological status, and medical history such as thyroid, diabetes, obesity, and recovery after surgeries.
